We had a great stay at Culzean House! The room was comfortable and the value for money was excellent. The location was fine, with beautiful mountains and a sandy beach nearby.
The food for breakfast could have been better, specifically the lack of sharp knives for cutting.

The setting was absolutely stunning, with jaw-dropping views of steep mountains and access to the beautiful water. The outdoor space was mind-blowing, with a huge lawn, gas BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating. The hot tub and sauna were super relaxing, and there were great hiking and fishing opportunities nearby. The communication from the host was excellent, providing helpful directions and tips for cheaper ferry tickets. The comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Plus, the free wi-fi, free parking, and convenient amenities like a dryer, electric kettle, and cookware made our stay even more enjoyable. And best of all, we were able to bring our furry friends along as pets were allowed. The location served as a fantastic base for exploring interesting places within a 90-minute drive. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this hidden gem!

The location of Culzean House was amazing, with steep mountains, single track roads, great walks, and a sandy beach nearby. It served as a great base for day trips within 90 minutes drive. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the comfortable bedrooms and the well-equipped kitchen.
Felt completely happy, no reason to complain.
